Делать было нечего, дело было вечером...
jl-uboot-tool от kagaimiq - отличная прога как и другие его скрипты на питоне.
Но порог входа - нужно ставить python и аддоны. Работать ручками через CMD.
Я давно уже подумывал что то такое сделать.
За основу и на основе Jieli Flash Tool стоит все то же пакет jl-uboot-tool + GUI на том же питоне.
