Я ненавижу принтеры, у нас такие передовые технологии на смартфонах и компьютерах, но принтеры все еще плохие. Кто знает о хорошем принтере, кто может использовать дешевые запасные части с низкими затратами на печать?

Странные притензии)
Я использовал несколько лет HP LaserJet P1102. Купил пару хороших картриджей и тонера к ним. Так и работал до войны. Пришлось бросить все и уехать.

Можно купить кнопочную Nokia или кетайский ноут на каком-нить Intel i5 8го поколения))

Printers with cheap parts and low printing costs? Only thing I can think of are inkjets with a refillable ink tank. As far as I know, best oneas are from Epson, and then HP. I've heard Canon ones are too much trouble.
Personally, I own a Epson L475. Each refill costs around 9 euros and lasts more than 3.000 pages.
As for maintenance, in more than 9 years I've only replaced 1 part. It was the "Ink Pad" (or Ink Sponge). It is 5 euros on aliexpress (but can be made at home with some foam). Then, to reset the printer counter (otherwise I was unable to print even after replacing the Ink Pad), I used a utility called "Epson l475 adjustment program".
For maintenance, all Epson printers have this utility, but you need to dig through internet and forums since is a program used by Epson on their repair shops.

Inkjet printer cartridges are scams. They are sold at a big price, contain a small amount of ink (sometimes even just 10ml!!) and most are protected from refilling (especially HP) so you have to buy new ones.
If you want a printer with decent prices for the ink you should get the refillable tank type (like the Epson EcoTank, or similar brands like Canon, theyh also make them). The printers are not that expensive and ink is cheap and not locked to the manufacturer, you can use the cheapest Chinese ink
